Purpose:
Theme: Building an AI Immune System
With the rapid expansion of chain reactions among AI agents (Agent Chain Reaction) now anticipated, unexpected cascading effects and uncontrollable phenomena could become reality. The 2nd Intelligence Symbiosis Dialogue will focus on the “AI Immune System” as a concrete technology to address these new risks. This time, we welcome entrepreneur Mr. Kazuya Saginawa, who is building a secure AI digital society independent of centralization by realizing personal data sovereignty through decentralized technology. He will provide an overview of the potential for disruptive deviations, such as those caused by Rogue AI. Furthermore, in the panel discussion, we will explore the feasibility of implementing a global, decentralized safety system (AI Immune System) that leverages the self-defense instincts of frontier AI itself, enabling AI to monitor and control AI, thereby maintaining a healthy AI ecosystem. This discussion will also include Mr. Yusuke Hayashi. These initiatives represent key components of the “Intelligence Symbiosis Manifesto” (https://intelligence-symbiosis.info/) published by me (Hiroshi Yamakawa) on June 13th, which has garnered nearly 200 signatories.

向縄 嘉律哉 (Kazuya Saginawa)
氏は、ブロックチェーン・AI分野で3社を創業した連続起業家です。現在はUAE拠点のbitgrit Ltd.とシンガポール拠点のDataGateway Pte. Ltd.のCEOを務め、「データの主権を個人に返す」をミッションに分散型テクノロジーの社会実装に取り組んでいます。総務省5G技術実証事業や三菱UFJ信託銀行との実証実験など、政府・企業との連携実績も豊富です。中央集権に依存しない安全なデジタル社会の構築を目指す向縄氏の視点から、AI免疫システムの分散型アプローチについて貴重な洞察をお聞きします。
林 祐輔 (Yusuke Hayashi)
氏は、AI Alignment Network理事および株式会社日本デジタルデザインのシニアリサーチャーとして、AI安全性研究の最前線で活動しています。個人の行動原理を説明する予測符号化理論を集団レベルに拡張した「集合的予測符号化理論」の研究で知られ、AIエージェント間の相互作用メカニズムの理論的基盤を構築しています。特異学習理論を応用したトランスフォーマーの概念獲得過程の解明など、AI免疫システムの核心技術である分散型監視・制御システムの理論的裏付けとなる研究成果を持つ林氏から、集合的AIシステムの安全性について深い洞察をお聞きします。
